1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship products to the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and other European Union countries.UK domestic: Royal Mail, DPDUS & European countries: DHL, UPS and local logistics providers
3. Estimated Delivery Time
UK local: 2-5 business days
United States: 4-8 business days
EU countries: 5-10 business days
Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection or unexpected logistics issues.

Orders from $0 to $49.99: Flat shipping fee $4.99
Orders over $50: Free standard shipping
5. Customs Duty & Tax
Shipments to UK and EU are DDP terms. All taxes and duties are settled at checkout, no extra payment on delivery.Orders to the US under $800 are duty exempt. Local sales tax may be applicable.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched. You can track delivery status online in real time.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items marked as delivered by courier companies.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to remote islands, military addresses and PO boxes. Perishable and prohibited goods are not available for delivery.
8. Return Shipping Rule
Customers shall afford return shipping fees for non-quality related returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SHIPPING DELAYS :
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered.
